What problem are we solving?

Most farmers have to pick up any stones bigger than a fist after planting, otherwise the combine harvester will run into really expensive problems. It varies a lot how many of these stones a farmer has, but on a farm with 1,000 hecares, this task is always a huge pain in the a**. Still to this day, farmers are picking these stones by hand... No post-planting stone picker has been on the market before.

What did we build?

Two kind of stone-picking equipment that the farmer either can attach to a large 4x4 ATV, or just any loader machine that he already have at the farm. Now workers can drive across the field and pick up the stones without damaging the planted crops.

So while I was later studying as a blacksmith, I built a simple machine that lets the hydraulics do all the dirty work.

Which machine is right for my farm?

The Front-1800 suits anyone with a loader. The ATV Picker suits farms working from a quad or UTV. Tell us your setup in the quote form and we'll point you to the right one.

Will it work on my soil and stone type?

Both machines handle stones from 6 to 75 cm, and the ATV Picker digs out large buried ones. They've been proven across a wide range of Danish field conditions since 2019.

Does it fit the machinery I already have?

The Front-1800 mounts on any standard loader. The ATV Picker tows behind an ATV or UTV. If you're unsure, send your equipment details with your quote request.

What about warranty and support?

In 2021, we reached 100 sold units in Denmark, and they are all still running with very modest maintenance and repairs. Today, we have more than 500 units in operation, and it is very rare that we get a warranty complaint.

But if something should break, we are always ready to assist you and can ship new parts in a matter of days.

The front-mounted model is equipped with spring bolts. If you end up overloading it, you'll just have to change a few bolts.
